These terms and conditions apply to all usage by online visitors and orders placed by customers of mylittlebandit.com. By accepting these terms and conditions, you enter into an agreement with My Little Bandit clothing A/S, orgnr 825 742 832
ORDERS OUTSIDE NORWAY ID EXCLUSIVE TAX. YOU PAY TAXES AND RATES IN YOUR OWN CONTRY. THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH US.
It’s the buyers obligation to accept and take notice of the terms and conditions before placing an order.
Before proceeding to payment, you can review your order, including your total price inclusive of VAT and shipping charges, and make changes if needed. You are bound by your order from the moment you confirm the order and the terms and conditions thereby stipulated have been fulfilled. This occurs once the order has been submitted and payment is confirmed.
We only sell items that we have in stock. Items may sell out during the shopping session, and stock availability will be updated once you reach the checkout.
We reserve the right to alter/change/cancel an order in the event that stock levels have been incorrectly displayed by the time of the order placement.
Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, we will begin handling your order. At this point you may not make any changes to your order. If there is any mistake made in registering customer contact or address details when placing the order, it is your responsibility to immediately contact us.
In our webshop you can pay with Stripe (Visa, credit card etc) or Klarna.
DELIVERY & FREIGHT
The shipping country is chosen at checkout. All prices, currencies, VAT and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. My little Bandit will dispatch the approved orders within 2-4 days (Monday-Friday) or as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. Exceptions to this may occur during releases, inventory management and vacations.
Estimated delivery times 7-21 days are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are dependent on the country where goods are shipped to. My little Bandit is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
My Little Bandit will not pay shipping for uncollected packages. Customers will be charged with the cost of return freight and administrative fees.
DAMAGED GOODS/MISSING ITEMS
If you as a customer upon unboxing your order acknowledge that the goods are damaged or that items are missing, you are responsible to contact us within 7 days from delivery.
You have the right to return any/all products purchased from our our shop within 14 days of receiving your order. If you want to send items back you can use the return slip that you find on our webpage. The return cost customer pay for.
Returned item must be in its original condition, it can not have been used or washed. The item needs to have all tags on.
All returned items from an order must be returned in one parcel. The parcel must be franked with a return slip and contain attached delivery note with the order number.
